#keto tuna salad roll with avocado and sauerkraut! Served with a side of wasabi and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Mmmmm. 

Filling:  

2 cans tuna, drained
2 tbsp diced green peppers and onions
2 tbsp full fat sour cream
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
1/2 small avocado (about 35g)
1/4 cup ‘kraut
1 tsp sriracha
i added some garlic and some toasted sesame seeds

Mix it up, spread on 2 sheets of Nori, roll it up, Dip it, eat it! 

2 tbsp aminos with 1 tsp wasabi paste for dipping.
