#keto taco salad!
No recipe here, really.
Lean ground beef cooked with some garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, an diced green peppers and onions.
Serve on top of Romaine/Spinach and add your favorite toppings.
I chose avocado, salsa, green onion, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, and a hearty dollop of sour cream. Then added some chili lime cholula mmmmm.
